Description :
Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Line Machines works on synchronised integrated system incorporating Bottle Washing, volumetric principle with diving nozzles type filling machine with Screw or ROPP capping machine, Pre and post inspection machine Sticker Labelling or Wet glue Labelling machine. The Line is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, of S.S Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centring devices & SS Syringe. No container No filling system arrangement is standard feature of the Line.The main drives of the machines and conveyor drive consist of A/C Motor with synchronized variable A/C Frequency drive.
 
Operation :
Containers moving on S. S. Slat conveyor feed from scrambler and un-scrambler level synchronized to feed to filing machine, to minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose; nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means fill size can be easily set. Further the container moves on conveyor for capping operation, picking up cap before entering or been placed below the sealing head, subsequently inspected and labelled there after in a continuous process.
