Automatic Wet Glue Labelling Machine GHL 300
Description :
‘Bhagwati’s’ Automatic High Speed Wet Glue Labelling Machine is automatically labels round container of glass, plastic, aluminum, pet, cardboard container, will wrap-around labels in the vertical position by using cold glue. Automatic High Speed Wet Glue Labelling Machine is rigid, versatile and engineered for reliability and enhance operational efficiency in addition, it has several exclusive features which offer additional advantages.
 
Operation :
Round containers which are fed on the conveyor are positioned accurately by the FEED WORM at the Labelling points.  The synchronised LABLE TAKER draws the lable from the LABLE BOX on account of vacuum. Subsequently, code is printed by the printing device. The coded lable now passes on to the rotating MAIN LABEL CYLINDER which is also under vacuum.

The rotating GLUING ROLLER receives uniform layer of glue from hte GLUING POT. It transfers the glue on to the lable at the MAIN LABLE CYLINDER.

At the Labelling point the properly positioned round container is partly wrapped around with a glued lable on account of the rotational movement of the MAIN LABLE CYLINDER. Later the container passes through a ROLL ON device and PRESSING BELT. This sequence ensures neat and perfect fixing of the lable on the container.

A system consisting a series of SOLENOID & PHOTOCELLS ensures sequential precision. Code printing, gluing and Labelling are taken care of by this system. Also other parameters e.g. No. container-No lable, No lable-No gluing are controlled by this system.
