Tablet press machine has been designed as to minimize the change over time. The weight adjustment section is easily removable which provides good access for the removal/replacement of lower punches & dies, away from compression zone.

Safe machine operation is of is most importance. To ensure safety for Operator and machines, all upper guards have been fitted with interlock switches to avoid operator more safety. If a cabinet or guard is open, while the machine is in operation, the machine will stop immediately. Lower guards are fitted with lockable handles. Lower punch scraper seals prevent material passing through the lower punch guides into the cam tracks. Also Lower punch scraper Seals are available on request extra costing.
