Working Principle of the Peanut butter filling machine

Once the air source is connected through the knobs on the control panel, the piston rod of the metering cylinder begins to perform a series of cyclic movements such as up and down reciprocation, suction, and filling. The air cylinder then drives the metering cylinder downwards, and the valve under the hopper opens up. Once the metering cylinder sucks and fills the peanut butter, the piston moves to the lowest end and the valve closes. When the metering cylinder piston moves upwards, the nozzle spool sinks and it starts to fill the peanut butter in the bottle. The filling automatically stops when the metering cylinder piston moves to the highest end.
