- Centrifugal Force: The continuous rotation of plough shears creates a vortex centrifugal force, moving the material in the mixer tank. This action helps achieve scattering, dispersion, and rapid mixing.
Handling Special Materials:
- High-Speed Choppers: For materials like fibers or damp agglomerates, high-speed choppers can be installed. Positioned at a downward angle of 45 degrees, these choppers effectively scatter and disperse materials by shearing them at high speeds.
