Roll -on Filling, Ball Pressing & Cap Tightening Machine:

Machine Opertation.

• Place the empty glass bottle on the turn table, induction star wheel would automatically grab the bottle in its neek and would with induction and would come under the filling nozzle, according to the pre-set volume of filling.
• Vaccumetric level filling.
• The ball would be pushed in by the pneumatic cylinder when it comes under it.
• Area for placing caps on the bottles, manually.
• Automatic cap tightening by pre-set torque by pneumatically operated motor.
• The final product bottle reaches the turn table after the completion of all the above steps, successfully.
